本課程主要在於了解科學研究基礎概念與方法,藉由有系統的科學研究概念與程序,將其導入運動與健康領域中,讓學生掌握基本學術研究要點。課程從基本科學研究概念、研究問題形成與確立、文獻探討與評述、不同研究方法介紹、資料蒐集或實驗介入、研究報告撰寫等,讓同學有系統地瞭解科學研究整體過程。期間同學必須嘗試搜尋並研讀相關的期刊論文,藉此提出研究概念與問題意識,藉由辯證、研討與實作來提升研究知能,進而將其運用於個人的研究計畫發展上。This course is mainly aimed at understanding the basic concepts and methods of scientific research. By introducing systematic scientific research concepts and procedures into the field of sports and health, students can master the basic key points of academic research. The course covers basic scientific research concepts, formation and establishment of research questions, literature discussion and review, introduction of different research methods, data collection or experimental intervention, research report writing, etc., allowing students to systematically understand the overall process of scientific research. During this period, students must try to search for and study relevant journal articles to propose research concepts and problem awareness, improve research knowledge through dialectics, discussion and implementation, and then apply them to the development of personal research projects.
