本課程主要在於了解科學研究基礎概念與方法,藉由有系統的科學研究概念與程序,將其導入運動與健康領域中,讓學生掌握基本學術研究要點。課程從基本科學研究概念、研究問題形成與確立、文獻探討與評述、不同研究方法介紹、資料蒐集或實驗介入、研究報告撰寫等,讓同學有系統地瞭解科學研究整體過程。期間同學必須嘗試搜尋並研讀相關的期刊論文,藉此提出研究概念與問題意識,藉由辯證、研討與實作來提升研究知能,進而將其運用於個人的研究計畫發展上。This course mainly focuses on understanding the basic concepts and methods of scientific research. Through systematic scientific research concepts and procedures, it is introduced into the field of sports and health, so that students can master the key points of basic academic research. The course allows students to systematically understand the overall process of scientific research from basic scientific research concepts, formation and determination of research questions, discussion and evaluation of literature, introduction of different research methods, collection of data or experiment intervention, and writing of research reports. During this period, students must try to search and study related journal articles, so as to propose research concepts and problem awareness, improve research knowledge through verification, research and practice, and then use it for personal research planning development.
