本課程以畜產系高年級為教學對象，為學年課程。希望已具備對禽畜生理、飼養、營養、繁殖、育種、畜產品加工及生技產業等專業知識之同學，能將其綜合而成為經營一連貫性的畜產事業。主要內容分三大領域，加工、畜牧生產與畜產生技；課程包括近年來畜牧產業新知與未來發展，正重要的是了解相關法規，各種估測經營規模之指標、人力規劃與財務管控，品質與銷售管理等。This course takes seniors in the animal department as the teaching object and is the academic year course. I hope that I have a companion to know professional knowledge about poultry and animal physiology, breeding, nutrition, breeding, animal product processing and biotechnology, and can combine them into a comprehensive livestock business. The main content is divided into three major areas: processing, animal husbandry production and animal production technology; the course includes new knowledge of animal husbandry industry in recent years and future development. It is important to understand relevant laws and regulations, various indicators for estimating business scales, human resources planning and financial control, and quality and sales management, etc.
