本課程以畜產系高年級為教學對象,為學年課程。希望已具備對禽畜生理、飼養、營養、繁殖、育種、畜產品加工及生技產業等專業知識之同學,能將其綜合而成為經營一連貫性的畜產事業。主要內容分三大領域,加工、畜牧生產與畜產生技;課程包括近年來畜牧產業新知與未來發展,正重要的是了解相關法規,各種估測經營規模之指標、人力規劃與財務管控,品質與銷售管理等。This course is targeted at senior students in the Department of Animal Husbandry and is an academic year course. It is hoped that students who already have professional knowledge on livestock physiology, feeding, nutrition, reproduction, breeding, livestock product processing and biotechnology industry can integrate it into a coherent livestock business. The main content is divided into three major areas, processing, livestock production and livestock production technology; the course includes new knowledge and future development of the livestock industry in recent years. It is important to understand relevant regulations, various indicators for estimating business scale, manpower planning and financial control, quality and sales management, etc.
