使同學們能由實驗驗證家畜解剖生理學之部分原理，並學習實習報告之撰寫、資料之尋找及整理，與發表。This enables students to verify some principles of livestock anatomy and physiology through experiments, and learn how to write internship reports, search and organize data, and publish them.
使同學藉由實際操作了解家畜、家禽之解剖學構造與透過模擬生理現象表現之觀察，增加實作經驗以加深解剖學原理印象及達到學習之目的。
Enable students to understand the anatomical structure of domestic animals and poultry through practical operations and observe the performance of simulated physiological phenomena, increase practical experience, deepen their impression of anatomical principles, and achieve the purpose of learning.
