「司法社會工作」是一門結合社會工作與法律兩項專業的跨領域專業工作， 由社會工作者運用社會工作專業協助案主處理法律和司法相關議題，為社會工作發展之重要領域 (戴世玫，2021)。本課程主要協助學生了解司法領域之社會工作者的角色定位，以及在不同法律議題的情境下，被害人與加害人之司法權益保障與社會工作處遇模式。"Judicial Social Work" is a cross-regional professional work that combines social work and law. Social workers use social work professionals to help clients handle legal and judicial related issues, and is an important area of social work development (Dai Shimei, 2021 ). This course mainly helps students understand the role positioning of social workers in the judicial field, as well as the protection of judicial rights and social work encounters between victims and perpetrators in different legal issues.
