2029 - 家庭動力 Family Dynamic


教育目標 Course Target

帶領學生從精神分析、心理動力暨團體動力等基礎概念談起,進而深入探討家庭的歷史、發展、生命週期、系統觀、及相關實務及研究的樣態。藉由對個人家庭動力的探索、體驗與分析,進而啟發學生對多元文化、性別角色地位與互動模式等如何影響家庭動力的理解,以培養未來擔任家庭社工應具有評估與分析家庭動力的能力。 本課程的內涵如下: 1.藉由家庭動力理論的講解、示範、演練、影片賞析與討論、自我經驗的回觀與整理,以增加學生對家庭動力的認識,並從中理解運用動力干預如何帶出改變。 2.由個人系統的覺察出發,進而理解家庭結構、系統、關係、界限、規則及權力等議題,並試圖套用在不同領域的家庭中,以便奠定評估家庭及實務處遇的基礎能力。 3.介紹國內外與家庭工作的相關理論,以及台灣家族治療與家庭社工發展現況與展望,使學生對家庭系統動力處遇生態有較整體性的瞭解。Lead students to start with basic concepts such as psychoanalysis, psychological dynamics and group dynamics, and then further explore the history, development, life cycle, system view, and related practices and research patterns of the family. Through the exploration, experience and analysis of personal family dynamics, students can be inspired to understand how multiculturalism, gender role status and interaction patterns affect family dynamics, so as to cultivate the ability to evaluate and analyze family dynamics as future family social workers. The content of this course is as follows: 1. Through the explanation, demonstration, drill, video appreciation and discussion of family dynamics theory, and review and organization of self-experience, students can increase their understanding of family dynamics and understand how dynamic intervention can bring about changes. 2. Starting from the awareness of personal systems, and then understanding issues such as family structure, system, relationships, boundaries, rules and power, and trying to apply it to families in different fields, in order to lay the foundation for evaluating family and practical situations. 3. Introduce relevant theories on family work at home and abroad, as well as the current status and prospects of the development of family therapy and family social work in Taiwan, so that students can have a more comprehensive understanding of the dynamics and ecology of family systems.


課程概述 Course Description

藉由教授家庭動力理論與完成個人自我家庭動力分析作業,培養學生於家庭社會工作中具有評估與分析家庭動力的能力。此課程亦會探討高風險家庭及多元文化家庭等議題,以提升專業效能。
By teaching family dynamics theory and completing personal self-family dynamics analysis assignments, students are trained to have the ability to evaluate and analyze family dynamics in family social work. This course will also explore issues such as high-risk families and multicultural families to enhance professional effectiveness.
