本課程主要是對法律之概念及其一般原理原則，作初步介紹，內容包括法律之淵源、法律之分類、法律之效力、法律之解釋、法律之適用、法律之制裁及法律之結構等。俾同學能夠暸解法律之基礎知識，養成知法、守法之習慣，同時培養同學應付國家考試【法學知識】科目之能力。This course mainly provides a preliminary introduction to the concept of law and its general principles and principles. The content includes the origin of law, classification of law, effectiveness of law, interpretation of law, application of law, sanctions of law and structure of law, etc. This enables students to understand the basic knowledge of law, develop the habit of knowing and abiding by the law, and at the same time develops students' ability to cope with the [Legal Knowledge] subject of the national examination.
