教育目標 Course Target
一、在督導人員指引下,學生投入實務工作環境,有系統運用社會工作知識與技巧於實務服務中,體驗知識與行動之整合。
二、激發學生於實務工作環境中,體會專業倫理之實踐與專業服務態度之養成。
三、鼓勵學生在實習過程中,澄清與確認社會價值觀念,培養和諧人際關係及敬業精神。
四、發掘個人社會工作專業領域之興趣與取向,強化領域學習深度,奠定就業或升學基礎。1.認識社工機構與運作

1. Under the guidance of the supervisor, students are devoted to the practical work environment and systematically use social work knowledge and skills to experience the integration of knowledge and actions in practical services.
2. Motivate students to develop the practical and professional service attitude in the practical work environment.
3. Encourage students to clarify and confirm social value concepts during the practical process, and cultivate harmonious and respectful spirit.
4. Explore the interests and orientations of the professional field of personal and social work, strengthen the depth of field learning, and lay a foundation for employment or upgrading. 1. Know social work organizations and operations

課程概述 Course Description
