But the 113-1 will have some tweaks.
This elective course invites participants to explore the unique meaning and impact of "storytelling" in human culture and social operations. Why do certain narratives and rhetoric generate recognition, emotions, go viral, and even trigger large-scale social actions?
Based on the above core issues, this course will introduce the basic perspectives on "story" and "narrative" in sociology, cultural studies and other related fields. The course will also combine relevant cases and techniques such as story marketing, language rhetoric, reportage, biography, food culture, audio-visual narrative, and digital narrative to guide participants to try and test different narrative strategies and gradually understand the production of language, thinking, and communication. social and cultural impact.
