聯合國永續發展⽬標(Sustainable Development Goals,簡稱SDGs)是2030年前聯合國的主要⽬標,反應全球主要的社會議題,永續專業已成為近年企業最需要的人才需求,各部門紛紛積極投入永續議題上,「社會影響⼒評估」是近年備受關注的議題,此方法可用以衡量⼀個專案或組織對社會整體⽣的真正價值,其價值包含社會、經濟、與環境三⼤主要⾯向。「社會投資報酬」(Social Return on Investment,SROI)⽅法是主流的評估⼯具,⽬前國內外已將SROI應⽤於公部⾨、企業、社會企業、公益團體等各領域。
本課程在上學期聚焦讓學生了解SROI如何與自己生活結合,檢視自己的影響力,對自己進行反思,隨著每周課堂討論,即可完成「說出我的大學影響力」作業。下半學期讓學生利用課堂時間實際進行社區專案實作,分組與社區利害關係人進行訪談,整理出社區的社會影響力,將奠定修課學生奠定未來在永續產業的就業競爭力,有助理解在公共領域的應用意義。
Sustainable Development Goals, referred to as SDGs, are the main goals of the United Nations before 2030. Reflecting the major global social issues, permanent professionalism has become the most needed talent demand for enterprises in recent years. Various departments have been actively investing in the permanent discussion topic, "Social Influence Evaluation" " is a topic that has attracted attention in recent years. This method can be used to measure the true value of a project or organization on the overall society. Its value includes three main aspects: society, economy, and environment. The "Social Return on Investment" (SROI) method is a mainstream evaluation tool. At present, SROI has been applied to various fields such as public departments, enterprises, social enterprises, and public welfare groups at home and abroad.
During the first session, this course focuses on allowing students to understand how SROI integrates with their lives, examines their influence, reflects on themselves, and completes the "Tell Me My College Influence" work through weekly class discussions. In the second half of the school, students will use their class time to conduct community project implementation, organize community stakeholders to interview, organize community social influence, and lay the foundation for students to establish their future career competition in a sustainable industry, which will help. Understand the meaning of application in the public domain.
