聯合國永續發展⽬標(Sustainable Development Goals,簡稱SDGs)是2030年前聯合國的主要⽬標,反應全球主要的社會議題,永續專業已成為近年企業最需要的人才需求,各部門紛紛積極投入永續議題上,「社會影響⼒評估」是近年備受關注的議題,此方法可用以衡量⼀個專案或組織對社會整體⽣的真正價值,其價值包含社會、經濟、與環境三⼤主要⾯向。「社會投資報酬」(Social Return on Investment,SROI)⽅法是主流的評估⼯具,⽬前國內外已將SROI應⽤於公部⾨、企業、社會企業、公益團體等各領域。
本課程在上學期聚焦讓學生了解SROI如何與自己生活結合,檢視自己的影響力,對自己進行反思,隨著每周課堂討論,即可完成「說出我的大學影響力」作業。下半學期讓學生利用課堂時間實際進行社區專案實作,分組與社區利害關係人進行訪談,整理出社區的社會影響力,將奠定修課學生奠定未來在永續產業的就業競爭力,有助理解在公共領域的應用意義。
United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (Sustainable Development Goals (referred to as SDGs) are the main goals of the United Nations before 2030, reflecting major global social issues. Sustainability majors have become the most needed talent needs of enterprises in recent years. Various departments have actively invested in sustainability issues. "Social Impact Assessment" ” is an issue that has attracted much attention in recent years. This method can be used to measure the true value of a project or organization to society as a whole. Its value includes three main aspects: society, economy, and environment. The "Social Return on Investment (SROI)" method is a mainstream evaluation tool. Currently, SROI has been applied to various fields such as public funds, enterprises, social enterprises, and public welfare groups at home and abroad.
This course focused on students in the last semester to understand how SROI integrates with their own lives, examine their own influence, and reflect on themselves. Following weekly class discussions, students can complete the assignment "Tell me about my university influence". In the second half of the semester, students are allowed to use classroom time to actually implement community projects, conduct interviews with community stakeholders in groups, and sort out the social influence of the community. This will lay the foundation for students taking the course to establish their future employment competitiveness in the sustainable industry and help Understand the implications for public domain applications.
