文官素質的良窳,關乎國家發展之興衰,而「為國掄才」向來是公共行政專業系所的使命,也是本系學生畢業後的主要岀路之一。因此,本課程之學習目的主要有二:
一是強化同學在行政學基本架構與組織理論的知識深度,並培養整合運用的能力,以利於未來選擇參加國家考試時,能在答題上更加得心應手。基此,本課程會以「系統性途徑」的觀點,搭配「問題導向」的學習方式,著重行政學知識的全觀性思維,並將其運用於國家考試題目的解析。
二是訓練同學與共學夥伴一同完成學習生涯計畫,協助同學對未來繼續深造或參加就業考試預作準備。基此,本課程透過腦力激盪(Brainstorming),讓同學設計一份「甘特圖」或「心智蔓陀蘿」,做為屬於自己的學習計畫書。
The quality of civil servants is related to the rise and fall of a country's development, and "recruiting talents for the country" has always been the mission of the Department of Public Administration and one of the main paths for students in this department after graduation. Therefore, the learning purposes of this course are mainly twofold:
The first is to strengthen students’ depth of knowledge in the basic structure of administration and organizational theory, and to cultivate the ability to integrate and apply it, so that they can be more confident in answering questions when they choose to take national examinations in the future. Based on this, this course will adopt a "systematic approach" perspective and a "problem-oriented" learning approach, focusing on comprehensive thinking of administrative knowledge and applying it to the analysis of national examination questions.
The second is to train students to complete study career plans with their study partners to help students prepare for further studies or taking employment exams in the future. Based on this, this course uses brainstorming to allow students to design a "Gantt Chart" or "Mental Mandala" as their own study plan.
