人人都是消費者,保護消費者是現代政府重要任務之一,消費者保護法涉及層面涵蓋每一個人的食、衣、住、行、育、樂等各方面,每一項都攸關個人的生活福祉及權益。本課程先由老師搭配實務上之案例講授理論,再由同學報告,老師根據同學於課堂之報告講述分析,以使同學建立正確的消費觀念與應用。
本課程其主要的授課方式,係將日常生活常見之消費問題導入課程方式進行對話式教學設計,讓教學成為開放、理性溝通的互動過程;以提供學生理論與實務兼顧之法律知識,增進學生對於消費法律之認知,培養學生跨領域事務處理能力,並引導同學思考現今消費關係中之經濟倫理及風險分擔等議題,以促使學生建立人文思辨能力。本課程目的在於教授「消費者保護法」的主要內容,包括消保法之基本原則、商品服務責任、特種買賣、定型化契約、消費資訊之規範、以及消費爭議之處理等。
本課程除了介紹消費者保護法之基本內容外,也會以目前實際發生的案例,來幫助同學吸收內容。此外,也會介紹公平交易法、食品衛生管理法、藥事法等相關法規,讓同學能夠廣泛了解消保問題,以協助同學在實際案例中學習運用法律處理日常生活中的消費爭議。Everyone is a consumer, and protecting consumers is one of the important tasks of modern government. The understanding of consumer law cultivates students' ability to handle cross-field affairs, and guides students to think about issues such as economic ethics and risk sharing in today's consumer relationships, so as to encourage students to build their humanistic thinking skills. The purpose of this course is to teach the main contents of "Consumer Protection Law", including the basic principles of consumer protection law, product and service liability, special sales, standardized contracts, consumer information regulations, and the handling of consumer disputes, etc.
In addition to introducing the basic content of consumer protection law, this course will also use current actual cases to help students absorb the content. In addition, relevant laws and regulations such as the Fair Trade Act, Food Hygiene Management Act, and Pharmaceutical Affairs Act will also be introduced so that students can have a broad understanding of consumer protection issues and help students learn to use the law to deal with consumer disputes in daily life in actual cases.
