教育目標 Course Target

人人都是消費者,保護消費者是現代政府重要任務之一,消費者保護法涉及層面涵蓋每一個人的食、衣、住、行、育、樂等各方面,每一項都攸關個人的生活福祉及權益。本課程先由老師搭配實務上之案例講授理論,再由同學報告,老師根據同學於課堂之報告講述分析,以使同學建立正確的消費觀念與應用。 本課程其主要的授課方式,係將日常生活常見之消費問題導入課程方式進行對話式教學設計,讓教學成為開放、理性溝通的互動過程;以提供學生理論與實務兼顧之法律知識,增進學生對於消費法律之認知,培養學生跨領域事務處理能力,並引導同學思考現今消費關係中之經濟倫理及風險分擔等議題,以促使學生建立人文思辨能力。本課程目的在於教授「消費者保護法」的主要內容,包括消保法之基本原則、商品服務責任、特種買賣、定型化契約、消費資訊之規範、以及消費爭議之處理等。 本課程除了介紹消費者保護法之基本內容外,也會以目前實際發生的案例,來幫助同學吸收內容。此外,也會介紹公平交易法、食品衛生管理法、藥事法等相關法規,讓同學能夠廣泛了解消保問題,以協助同學在實際案例中學習運用法律處理日常生活中的消費爭議。Everyone is a consumer, protecting consumers is one of the important tasks of the modern government. The Consumer Protection Law covers every person's food, clothing, housing, transportation, education, and entertainment, and every item is about everyone. life welfare and rights. This course will first teach the theory with practical cases, and then the students will report it. The teachers will explain and analyze it based on the students' reports and analysis in the classroom, so that students can establish correct consumption concepts and applications. The main teaching methods of this course are to introduce common consumption problems in daily life into the course method for dialogue teaching design, so that teaching can become an open and rational interactive process; to provide a method of combining physiological theory and practice Legal knowledge enhances students' awareness of consumer laws, cultivates students' cross-regional affairs handling ability, and guides students to think about economic ethics and risk division in today's consumer relations, so as to encourage students to establish humanistic thinking ability. The purpose of this course is to teach the main contents of the Consumer Protection Law, including the basic principles of the Consumer Protection Law, the responsibility for goods and services, special purchases, standardized contracts, consumer information regulations, and the handling of consumer disputes. In addition to introducing the basic content of consumer protection laws, this course will also use cases that have occurred today to help students absorb the content. In addition, relevant regulations such as the Fair Trade Law, Food Hygiene Management Law, and Pharmacy Law will be introduced so that students can have a broad understanding of consumer protection issues and help students learn to use the law to deal with consumer disputes in daily life in actual cases.
