組織以及組織內的行為現象隨時環繞在我們日常生活周遭,本課程主要介紹「組織行為」的相關理論與內容。本課程將系統地從組織中之個體和團體兩個層次進行,幫助同學了解組織中個人與組織之間所產生的現象,例如個人心理層面的之決、認知、情感、學習、激勵與決策;社會心理層面的態度改變、團體決策過程、衝突與溝通等。希望這門課可以協助同學們認識你所存在的組織,也可能幫助你更能適應現代組織生活。
