組織是人的組合,然而,一群優秀的人才卻不一定能夠成為優秀的組織或團隊。組織行為即是探討組織中人員行為的科學,目的就是希望透過對組織中人員行為的了解,進而將組織成員結合起來,藉由個人、團體及結構組織內部行為的關係與外部環境交互影響的分析構面,將組織塑造成為高效且健康的組織。本課程希望同學們能習得組織角色扮演、團隊管理及組織管理的知識、技巧及良好的職場態度,並為未來進入職場發揮所長做好準備。Organizations are human combinations, however, a group of outstanding talents may not necessarily become excellent organizations or teams. Organizational behavior is to explore the science of personnel behavior in the organization. The purpose is to hope to combine the organizational members through understanding of the behavior of the organization, and analyze the interaction influence of the relationship between the internal behavior of individuals, groups and structures and external environments. The structure shapes the structure into an efficient and healthy structure. This course hopes that students can gain knowledge, skills and good career attitude in organizational role-playing, team management and organizational management, and prepare for future career development directors.
組織以及組織內的行為現象隨時環繞在我們日常生活周遭,本課程主要介紹「組織行為」的相關理論與內容。本課程將系統地從組織中之個體和團體兩個層次進行,幫助同學了解組織中個人與組織之間所產生的現象,例如個人心理層面的之決、認知、情感、學習、激勵與決策;社會心理層面的態度改變、團體決策過程、衝突與溝通等。希望這門課可以協助同學們認識你所存在的組織,也可能幫助你更能適應現代組織生活。
The organization and the behavior phenomena within the organization are always around our daily lives. This course mainly introduces the relevant theories and contents of "organization behavior". This course will be conducted systematically from two levels of individual and group in the organization to help students understand the phenomena generated between individuals and organizations in the organization, such as decisions, awareness, emotions, learning, motivation and decisions on the personal psychological level; The change in the social psychology level, the process of group decisions, conflicts and communication, etc. I hope this course can help students understand the organization you exist, and may also help you better adapt to modern organizational life.
