教育目標 Course Target
政府和企業的做事方式不外乎兩種：有明確規範的作業步驟稱為SOP，沒有具體規範的政策或作業則屬於專案
本課程介紹專案管理的基本知識與方法，並強調專案管理的特性。課程的目標在於培養專案管理能力，以確保專案成功及提升專案的生產力。
本課程介紹專案管理的範疇與應用於專案管理的各種方法論，課程內容以專案規劃、發展專案計畫、排程、評估、稽核與結案等相關課題。
另外本課程會以影片播放的方式介紹各種資訊科技的應用方式，讓學生明瞭就業後可能的做事方法。
There are only two ways of doing things in governments and enterprises: a clear and standardized operational step is called SOP, and no specific policies or business belongs to a project.
This course introduces the basic knowledge and methods of project management and emphasizes the characteristics of project management. The purpose of the course is to cultivate project management capabilities to ensure the success of the project and improve the production capacity of the project.
This course introduces the scope of project management and various methods applied to project management. The course content includes project planning, development project planning, scheduling, evaluation, auditing and conclusion related courses.
In addition, this course will introduce the application methods of various information technology through video playback, so that students can understand possible ways to do things after graduation.
