本課程為刑法法課程延伸，可協助學生進行犯罪行為發生探討、對應課以刑罰、犯罪預防及矯正情形，目的在協助學生參加國家公務員考試，包括行政警察類科與司法特類科等考試。犯罪學為研究犯罪現象、規律、發生原因之一門基礎科學。本學期主要探討犯罪與犯罪學概念、犯罪學理論發展趨勢、犯罪類型與成因，以及犯罪防治對策等。This course is an extension of the Criminal Law course and can assist students in conducting criminal investigations, criminal punishment, crime prevention and correction of circumstances. The purpose is to assist students in taking national public servant exams, including administrative police and judicial specialty exams. Crime is a basic science for studying the phenomena, laws and causes of crime. This school mainly explores the concepts of crime and crime learning, the development trends of crime theory theory, types and causes of crime, as well as measures for crime prevention and control.
