行政學的課程設計目的，旨在協助本班同學建立對行政理論與實務的基本認識，進而誘發同學們學習、瞭解、解決公共事務及其問題的興趣，也藉此期能建立同學們投入特定議題觀察、發覺並分析行政問題的能力。本學期的課程安排偏重行政學通論，授課內容廣及「行政學基礎、行政環境、政府再造、府際關係、行政倫理與課責、管理與組織理論、組織行為、管理主義與資訊科技、策略管理與政府管制、行政領導、人事管理、社會公平、公共財務管理、計畫審計與評估」等主題。授課過程結合實務案例介紹、行政問題討論等作法，以拉近行政學與生活的距離，協助同學們進入行政學的世界。The purpose of the course design of Administration is to help students in this class establish a basic understanding of administrative theory and practice, thereby stimulating students' interest in learning, understanding, and solving public affairs and their problems, and also to build students' investment in specific subjects.
