課程概述:本課程目的在使修習者對著重於培養同學的公共衛生學及社會學觀察視角,了解社會結構、社會制度、政策、權力等,如何成為看不見的手,影響並決定個人的身體、自我與健康;另一方面個人健康與生命受許多因素影響,包括社會因素、環境因素、行為因素和生理因素等。本課程期望透過公共衛生學及社會學的分析,讓同學透過日常生活中的觀察,「看見」這些平常視為理所當然的重要社會影響因素,進而了解如何健康不平等的生成原因,並透過實作運用社會學理論分析生命、健康與醫療議題。Course Overview: The purpose of this course is to enable practitioners to develop a perspective on public health and sociology, and to understand how social structures, social systems, policies, power, etc. can become the invisible hand that affects and determines the individual's body. , self and health; on the other hand, personal health and life are affected by many factors, including social factors, environmental factors, behavioral factors and physiological factors.
