政治運作乃是以「人」為主體,經由歷史演進,思潮轉變,人類社會漸次發展出豐富且多元的政治文化及制度。政治、歷史、制度,可謂構成研究當代政治議題的三大主要面向,本課程對台灣社會的分析,便將以此三者為基,並旁及比較政治的視野,依次檢視當前台灣民主社會實際運作問題。民主政治作為當前人類社會最主要的生活方式,其演進過程乃至於適用所產生的利弊得失,自是本課程最希望學習者掌握的重點。思想產生制度,而制度的運作,更透過人為因素予以延續或轉化,未來民主如何被實踐?應如何被看待?均同樣是學習者應不斷省思的重要觀念。Political operations are mainly based on "people", evolved from history, changed thoughts, and human society has successively developed a rich and diverse political culture and systems. Politics, history, and system can be composed of three main aspects of studying contemporary political issues. This course will use these three as the basis for the analysis of Taiwan’s society, and compare political vision to view the current actual operation of Taiwan’s democratic society in turn. problem. As the most important lifestyle of human society in the past, democratic politics, the pros and cons arising from its evolution and even its application are the key points that this course most hopes for learners to master. Thoughts produce systems, and the operation of systems is extended or transformed through human factors. How can democracy be implemented in the future? How should it be viewed? All are important concepts that learners should constantly reflect on themselves.
本課程對臺灣當代政治議題的分析,將著重歷史、制度、政治實務三大面向,並探討民主政治發展的利弊得失。課程由臺灣民主運動的歷史背景與思想文化出發,依此檢驗臺灣的民主轉型與憲政經驗,培養學習者正確理解當前臺灣政治議題以及對時政發展的興趣。
This course will analyze the contemporary political issues in Taiwan, focusing on the three major aspects of history, system and political practice, and explore the pros and cons of the development of democratic politics. The course is developed from the historical background and ideological and cultural development of Taiwan's democratic movement.
