本課程試圖讓學生瞭解法國的世界觀和生活方式。如同海明威所說，「巴黎生活方式是能夠伴隨一生的盛宴」。法國文化是現代社會重要的運作基礎。例如，埃斯柯菲耶（Auguste Escoffier）將餐飲分做前菜，主食和甜點的做法影響深遠。衍生層面包括餐酒，咖啡和甜點等等。本課程試圖幫助學生在衣食住行育樂方面培養品味，替進入職場做好準備。幾乎所有西方國家和西方化的中上階級都接受法國飲食，餐酒，咖啡，以及衣著文化。在預防醫療方面，法國也走在世界尖端，包括水療和休閒文化This course attempts to provide students with an understanding of the French worldview and way of life. As Hemingway said, "The Paris lifestyle is a feast that lasts a lifetime." French culture is an important operating foundation for modern society. For example, Auguste Escoffier's approach of dividing meals into appetizers, main courses, and desserts was far-reaching. Derivative levels include table wine, coffee, desserts, etc. This course attempts to help students develop tastes in food, clothing, housing, transportation, education, and prepare themselves for the workplace. Almost all Western countries and Westernized middle and upper classes accept French food, wine, coffee, and clothing culture. France is also at the forefront of the world in preventive medicine, including spa and leisure culture
