本課程上學期討論國際安全，下學期則是探討國際政治經濟。雖然這兩個部份被分開處理，但是在理論和實際上都有相互重疊的部份，授課者嘗試運用主宰，互惠和認同等三個核心概念突顯這項事實This course discusses international security during the first period, and the next period is to explore international political economy. Although these two parts are processed separately, there are intermittent parts in theory and reality. The three core concepts of teaching students try to use dominance, reciprocity and recognition highlight this fact.
國際政治強調理論與個案研究。面對林林總總國際政治現象，運用那些角度切入瞭解是個嚴肅課題。本課程期望從總體與個體面向著手，使學習者掌握基礎，進而對國際政治的理論與實務產生廣泛性瞭解。
International political strongly regulated discussion and case study. Facing the international political phenomena of President Lin Lin, it is a serious subject to understand from those angles. This course hopes to start from the overall and individual aspects, so that learners can master the foundation and thus have a broad understanding of the theories and practices of international politics.
