課程設計分為兩部分:前半學期討論以交易成本為基礎的組織理論,後半學期則以契約設計為主。我希望能用簡單的數學推論和口語化的方式介紹經濟組織理論,並輔以課堂活動和議題討論,幫助學生理解組織和制度對個人乃至社會、經濟的影響力和重要性。學生將學到如何將課堂學到的理論和案例形成並分析有興趣的經濟組織相關問題。The course design is divided into two parts: the first half of the year discusses organizational theory based on transaction costs, while the second half of the year focuses on contract design. I hope to introduce economic organizational theory in a simple mathematical recommendation and oral way, and discuss classes and topics to help students understand the impact and importance of organizations and institutions on individuals, society and economy. Students will learn how to form the theories and cases learned in the classroom and analyze interesting economic organization-related issues.
市場經濟是依靠組織來運作的。家庭、營利企業、非營利事業、政府、市場等都是組織。本課程集中在解說私企業和非營利事業這兩大類組織方面。透過這課程學生能瞭解:一,各種組織的質性。二,組織如何透過契約進行經濟治理。三,現存的各種經濟組織模式。四,組織架構的設計原則。五,組織的人力資源管理。
Market economy is operated by organizations. Family, profit-making enterprises, non-profit industries, governments, markets, etc. are all organizations. This course focuses on explaining two major organizations, private enterprises and non-profit businesses. Through this course, students can understand: 1. The quality of various organizations. 2. How organizations conduct economic governance through contracts. 3. Various existing economic organizational models. 4. Design principles of organizational structure. 5. Organizational human resource management.
