課程目標 : 培養學生汲取多元知識之興趣並培育學生跨領域合作、未來就業發展及掌握地方創生概念之能力。 課程內涵:總計舉辦18場以上之演講，參加5場次演講獲得1學分、參加10場次演講2學分，收集並彙整行政管理暨政策學系http://pmp.thu.edu.tw(演講請事先報名)、公共事務碩士在職專班http://mpa.thu.edu.tw之演講課題及時間地點Course Goals: Cultivate students' interest in acquiring diverse knowledge and develop students' abilities in cross-field cooperation, future employment development, and mastering the concept of place creation.
