企業為提高營運效率及持續降低營運成本,持續尋找各種解決方案,導入各種不同效益的資訊系統已成為必要的方案及手段,如ERP(企業資源管理)、SCM(供應鏈管理)、CRM(客戶關係管理)、APS(先進排程系統)、電子商務銷售、電子採購、物流追蹤及MES製造執行系統..等,其中ERP系統是企業e化的基石,也是智慧製造的源頭資訊。企業徵才的現況需求,已將ERP的知識與系統操作當成徵才的基本能力,故同學在學期間更應投入學習。本課程以企業實務流程為教學主體,並教導流程與ERP系統的整合運作,以讓同學瞭解企業的實際營運情境,對同學提升將來就業能力有很大的效益。
對工工系同學而言ERP系統是一個多課程的整合的資訊應用系統,包括組織管理、生產管理、物料管理、品質管理、會計學、成本會計...等,本課程也會利用ERP系統將不同課程的整合表現進行展示與概述,讓同學更清楚掌握各科目的企業實務運用情境,可提升同學對企業運作的瞭解與將來就業職務的工作內涵與重點。
In order to improve operational efficiency and continuously reduce operating costs, enterprises continue to look for various solutions. It has become necessary to introduce various information systems with different benefits, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Management), SCM (Supply Chain Management), CRM (Customer Relationship management), APS (Advanced Scheduling System), e-commerce sales, e-procurement, logistics tracking and MES manufacturing execution system... etc. Among them, the ERP system is the cornerstone of enterprise e-ization and the source of information for smart manufacturing. The current needs of enterprises in recruiting talents have regarded ERP knowledge and system operation as basic abilities for recruiting talents, so students should devote themselves to learning during their studies. This course takes the practical process of the enterprise as the teaching subject and teaches the integrated operation of the process and the ERP system, so that students can understand the actual operating situation of the enterprise, which will be of great benefit to students in improving their future employability.
