隨著全球供應鏈管理面臨日益遽增的挑戰,如:地緣政治、各國貿易戰、人為/自然災害的影響,採購工作的複雜性與難度不斷上升。
本課程以理論與實務案例分享,讓同學學習到:
1.採購管理制度與流程:讓你更有系統性全方位整合採購流程。
2.採購成本分析與價格管理:系統化成本分析,讓你更清楚國際採購的價格管理方式。
3.採購談判技巧一次掌握:美日台中德談判戰術分析、跨部門談判好溝通。
4.採購績效評估與提升:採購的績效平衡評估方式,並利用標竿學習提升個人及部門績效

As global supply chain management faces increasing challenges, such as the impact of geopolitics, trade wars between countries, and man-made/natural disasters, the complexity and difficulty of procurement work continues to rise.
This course uses theory and practical cases to share, allowing students to learn:
1. Procurement management system and process: Let you integrate the procurement process more systematically and comprehensively.
2. Procurement cost analysis and price management: Systematic cost analysis allows you to have a clearer understanding of the price management methods of international procurement.
3. Master procurement negotiation skills at once: analysis of negotiation tactics between the United States, Japan, Taichung, China and Germany, and good communication in cross-department negotiations.
4. Procurement performance evaluation and improvement: A balanced performance evaluation method for procurement, and use benchmarking learning to improve individual and departmental performance
