本課程以理論與實務案例分享,讓同學學習到:
1.採購管理制度與流程:讓你更有系統性全方位整合採購流程。
2.採購成本分析與價格管理:系統化成本分析,讓你更清楚國際採購的價格管理方式。
3.採購談判技巧一次掌握:美日台中德談判戰術分析、跨部門談判好溝通。
4.採購績效評估與提升:採購的績效平衡評估方式,並利用標竿學習提升個人及部門績效
With the increasing challenges of global supply chain management, such as geopolitical politics, trade wars from various countries, and the impact of human/natural disasters, the complexity and difficulty of purchasing work are constantly increasing.
This course uses theoretical discussion and practical cases to share, allowing students to learn:
1. Purchase management system and process: Let you have a systematic and comprehensive integration of the purchase process.
2. Purchase cost analysis and price management: Systematic cost analysis will make you more clear about the price management method of international purchases.
3. Master the skills of purchasing and judging: Analytical analysis of the US-Japan-Taichung-German discussions and inter-division discussions and judging are good.
4. Apply for purchasing performance evaluation and improvement: Apply for the performance balance evaluation method, and use rod learning to improve personal and department performance
