Global Sourcing Procurement Strategy
教育目標 Course Target
課程將向學生介紹戰略採購的基本概念,探討採購市場和供應鏈管理問題以及全球採購和國際貿易的挑戰。同時,我們還將涵蓋採購成本管理、採購與研發的整合、採購法律與合同管理、採購技巧和談判管理、採購風險管理、採購執行和監控、物流和庫存管理以及 IT 技術和採購管理。此外,我們還將關注採購創新管 理以及未來的趨勢和發展。希望學生能夠通過課程學習,培養全球視野,並在未來的職業生涯中發揮積極的作用。課程計畫將與工工系的潘忠煜老師合開課程,將原本的課綱修正,也因應修改為十六週的調整,並且預期可以借助潘教授在企業經營,研發與創新,供應商評估與評價以及相關資訊應用策略與管理,以有效的提升本次課程的內容跟精彩程度。
The course will introduce students to the basic concepts of strategic sourcing and explore procurement market and supply chain management issues as well as the challenges of global sourcing and international trade. We will also cover procurement cost management, integration of procurement and R&D, procurement legal and contract management, procurement techniques and negotiation management, procurement risk management, procurement execution and monitoring, logistics and inventory management, and IT technology and procurement management. In addition, we will look at procurement innovation management and future trends and developments. It is hoped that students can develop a global perspective through course study and play an active role in their future careers. The course plan will be a joint course with Professor Pan Zhongyu from the Department of Engineering. The original syllabus will also be revised to a sixteen-week adjustment. It is expected that Professor Pan can use Professor Pan's business operations, R&D and innovation, supplier assessment and evaluation, and related information application strategies and management to effectively enhance the content and excitement of this course.

本課程希望帶學生重新認識「採購」這件事。很多人以為採購只是比價、下單與催貨,但真正的世界級企業,從 Apple、Toyota 到台積電,其背後真正決定競爭力的,往往不是工廠,而是供應鏈與戰略採購能力。
課程將從全球供應鏈的角度出發,帶領學生理解企業如何在國際貿易、地緣政治、AI 與數位轉型快速變化的時代中,建立自己的競爭優勢。我們將討論供應商管理、採購談判、成本控制、物流與庫存管理,也會探討晶片短缺、疫情、紅海危機與中美科技戰如何影響全球企業。
此外,課程亦將結合大量真實企業案例,讓學生理解:「便宜的,不一定最便宜;最快的,也不一定最有效率。」真正優秀的採購人才,看的從來不只是價格,而是風險、信任、品質、交期與企業未來。
希望修完本課程後,學生不只是學會採購技巧,更能開始用全球經營者的角度,看懂企業競爭背後真正的邏輯。

This course hopes to bring students a new understanding of "purchasing". Many people think that procurement is just about comparing prices, placing orders and urging goods. However, for truly world-class companies, from Apple, Toyota to TSMC, what really determines their competitiveness is often not the factory, but the supply chain and strategic procurement capabilities.
The course will start from the perspective of global supply chain and lead students to understand how enterprises can establish their own competitive advantages in the era of rapid changes in international trade, geopolitics, AI and digital transformation. We will discuss supplier management, procurement negotiations, cost control, logistics and inventory management. We will also explore how chip shortages, the epidemic, the Red Sea crisis and the Sino-US technology war affect global enterprises.
In addition, the course will also combine a large number of real business cases to allow students to understand: "The cheapest is not necessarily the cheapest; the fastest is not necessarily the most efficient." Truly outstanding procurement talents never only look at price, but also risk, trust, quality, delivery and the future of the company.
It is hoped that after completing this course, students will not only learn procurement skills, but also begin to understand the real logic behind corporate competition from the perspective of a global operator.
