■ 課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents)
WTO(世界貿易組織)相關法規係各國企業從事貿易時，必須共同遵循的法規，也是各國政府制定貿易政策時的國際規範，且涵蓋範圍很廣，同學未來不論從事貿易、進入金融業、擔任媒體記者，或是進入公務機關服務，皆可以應用到這些法規。即使在國內大型企業或外資企業服務，也須遵循這些法規行事。
修習WTO相關法規不僅有助於學生任職相關企業與機構的職涯發展，未來倘自行創業，對於公司發展策略的規畫，亦可提供較清晰路徑。
本課程旨在以深入淺出的方式帶領同學熟悉WTO的相關法規，從貿易、服務業、智慧財產權，至區域貿易協定。另將詳細解說關稅減讓表、服務業承諾表、政府採購規範等，讓學生能夠清楚關稅結構、各國服務業與政府採購開放情形。熟悉WTO相關法規將會較未修習者，更深入掌握國際經貿脈動，在職場上勝人一籌。
本課程著重在培養同學對法規的認知、思考能力，以及未來在職場上的運用，而非硬背法規條文。在講授過程中會有比較多的互動，並會列舉一些經貿談判的例子，讓同學了解談判決策過程與背後原因。此外，不論是國際企業經營或國際貿易，除了需要通曉外文，也需要了解各國文化的差異，以及國際交往應有的禮節，這些知識也會適當地融入本課程中，讓同學具備進入職場應有的知識與技能，贏在起跑點。■ Course Objectives and Contents
The relevant laws and regulations of WTO (World Trade Organization) are the laws that enterprises in various countries must follow when they engage in trade. They are also the international regulations for governments to formulate trade policies, and cover a wide range. Students will learn to engage in trade, enter the finance industry, and become a media company in the future. These regulations can be applied to reporters or those entering the commerce service. Even if you serve large domestic enterprises or foreign-funded enterprises, you must follow these regulations.
Revising WTO-related laws will not only help students to develop their careers in related enterprises and institutions. If they start their own business in the future, they can also provide a clearer path for the company's development strategy.
This course aims to lead students to familiarize themselves with the relevant WTO regulations in a thorough and pure manner, from trade, service, and smart property rights to regional trade agreements. The tax reduction form, service commitment form, government procurement regulations, etc. will also be explained in detail so that students can be clear about the tax structure, national service and government procurement opening situations. Those who are familiar with the relevant WTO laws and regulations will be less mature, and they will have a deeper understanding of international trade activities and will be successful in their careers.
This course focuses on cultivating students' understanding and thinking skills about laws and regulations, as well as their future use in their jobs, rather than hard-working to memorize the laws and regulations. There will be more interactions during the lecture and teaching process, and some examples of trade debate will be presented to let students understand the debate decision process and the reasons behind it. In addition, whether it is an international enterprise or international trade, in addition to having foreign languages, you also need to understand the differences in cultures of various countries and the festivals that international exchanges should be held. These knowledge will also be appropriately integrated into this course, so that students can have the right to enter the job field. The knowledge and skills of the game are at the starting point.
本課程以建立學生應對跨國貿易之國際貿易私法規範以及規範各國貿易規則的國際貿易公法有基本知識，能就私人跨國貿易所可能涉及之法律問題進行分析，並了解世界貿易組織（WTO）法律、區域貿易協定以及國際投資法的基本原則，並有處理國際貿易爭議之基本能力。
This course establishes students who should have basic knowledge of international trade private laws for trade and regulations on international trade regulations, and be able to analyze legal issues that may be involved in private trade agencies, and understand World Trade Organization (WTO) laws. The basic principles of regional trade agreements and international investment law, and have the basic ability to handle international trade disputes.
