■ 課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents)
WTO(世界貿易組織)相關法規係各國企業從事貿易時，必須共同遵循的法規，也是各國政府制定貿易政策時的國際規範，且涵蓋範圍很廣，同學未來不論從事貿易、進入金融業、擔任媒體記者，或是進入公務機關服務，皆可以應用到這些法規。即使在國內大型企業或外資企業服務，也須遵循這些法規行事。

修習WTO相關法規不僅有助於學生任職相關企業與機構的職涯發展，未來倘自行創業，對於公司發展策略的規畫，亦可提供較清晰路徑。

本課程旨在以深入淺出的方式帶領同學熟悉WTO的相關法規，從貿易、服務業、智慧財產權，至區域貿易協定。另將詳細解說關稅減讓表、服務業承諾表、政府採購規範等，讓學生能夠清楚關稅結構、各國服務業與政府採購開放情形。熟悉WTO相關法規將會較未修習者，更深入掌握國際經貿脈動，在職場上勝人一籌。

本課程著重在培養同學對法規的認知、思考能力，以及未來在職場上的運用，而非硬背法規條文。在講授過程中會有比較多的互動，並會列舉一些經貿談判的例子，讓同學了解談判決策過程與背後原因。此外，不論是國際企業經營或國際貿易，除了需要通曉外文，也需要了解各國文化的差異，以及國際交往應有的禮節，這些知識也會適當地融入本課程中，讓同學具備進入職場應有的知識與技能，贏在起跑點。

■ Course Objectives and Contents
WTO (World Trade Organization) related regulations are regulations that companies from all countries must follow when engaging in trade. They are also international norms for governments to formulate trade policies, and cover a wide range. Students can apply these regulations whether they are engaged in trade, entering the financial industry, serving as a media reporter, or entering public service in the future. Even if you work for a large domestic enterprise or a foreign-invested enterprise, you must abide by these regulations.

Studying WTO-related regulations will not only help students develop their careers in relevant companies and institutions, but also provide a clearer path for planning company development strategies if they start their own business in the future.

This course aims to familiarize students with WTO-related regulations in a simple and easy-to-understand way, from trade, services, intellectual property rights, to regional trade agreements. In addition, the tariff reduction schedule, service industry commitment schedule, government procurement regulations, etc. will be explained in detail so that students can understand the tariff structure and the opening up of service industries and government procurement in various countries. Those who are familiar with relevant WTO regulations will have a deeper grasp of the pulse of international economic and trade than those who have not practiced it, and will be superior in the workplace.

This course focuses on cultivating students' understanding of laws and regulations, their thinking skills, and their future application in the workplace, rather than memorizing legal provisions. There will be a lot of interactions during the teaching process, and some examples of economic and trade negotiations will be cited to let students understand the negotiation decision-making process and the reasons behind it. In addition, whether it is international business operations or international trade, in addition to being proficient in foreign languages, you also need to understand the cultural differences between countries and the etiquette required in international interactions. This knowledge will also be appropriately integrated into this course, so that students will have the necessary knowledge and skills to enter the workplace and win at the starting point.

本課程以建立學生應對跨國貿易之國際貿易私法規範以及規範各國貿易規則的國際貿易公法有基本知識，能就私人跨國貿易所可能涉及之法律問題進行分析，並了解世界貿易組織（WTO）法律、區域貿易協定以及國際投資法的基本原則，並有處理國際貿易爭議之基本能力。

This course is designed to equip students with basic knowledge of private international trade law norms for cross-border trade and public international trade law that regulates trade rules in various countries. They can analyze the legal issues that may be involved in private cross-border trade, understand the basic principles of World Trade Organization (WTO) laws, regional trade agreements and international investment law, and have the basic ability to handle international trade disputes.
