教育目標 Course Target

(一)課程目標Course Objectives: 對於國際經貿人才而言,商業溝通是從業人員必備的重要核心職能之一,跨文化管理能力的養成更是不可或缺。依此,為建構學生正確學習態度與職場就業準備,同時提升學生商業溝通能力並強化跨文化管理素養,養成學生後續在「國際貿易與金融」以及「國際經營與行銷」兩大專業領域課程學習與專業職能所需先備基礎技能,特別規劃「商業溝通與跨文化管理」課程。本課程核心目標旨在強化學生未來職場就業能力。 本課程以專題式學習輔以科技輔助教學之教學設計方式,主要目標在於培養大一學生之商業溝通技能與跨文化管理素養,作為後續各專業學科知識與技能養成之重要核心能力。特別是當今工作場域所面臨之全球化商業趨勢與數位科技溝通媒介下、商業溝通技巧與需求,著重提高學生口語、書面、聽力及非語言溝通技巧以及如何降低溝通障礙與強化團隊溝通之專業技能。此外,加入科技AI工具、文化多樣性、時間管理、壓力與情緒管理能力以及商業談判技巧等重要議題講授,輔以實務演練、職場達人講座、文章閱讀分享、跨文化溝通小組報告、企業個案討論以及e-Learning等方式進行教學。本課程授課方式結合溝通理論講授與商業溝通實務演練,強調作中學,帶領學生掌握商業溝通技巧,排除溝通障礙,了解商業溝通情境,提升實務溝通技能並強化商業溝通與談判、跨文化溝通以及求職準備、商業簡報溝通等商業溝通必備能力。 同時,為加強本系學生做好自我職涯探索、職涯規劃、個人學習地圖建構與未來就業準備,特別融入「教育部青年發展署大專校院學生職涯發展教材」以及勞動部勞動力發展署「關鍵就業力課程」於課程中,藉由老師帶領學生進行職涯優勢學習、職涯進路準備及個人未來職涯籌劃實踐過程,讓學生快速了解國貿系課程規劃與人才培育目標以及未來畢業後目標就業方向及必備的商業溝通能力,特別是國際企業求職所需的跨文化溝通能力,引導學生發掘與提升自我優勢,同時體察職業運作、展現個人競爭力並掌握職場社會化過程,提高個人商業溝通與跨文化管理能力、國際移動力與關鍵就業力,進而打造未來希望感與提升實踐力,在專業能力提升的同時,為將來升學或就業做好準備。 (1) Course Objectives: For international economic and trade talents, business communication is one of the important core functions necessary for practitioners, and the development of cross-cultural management capabilities is even more indispensable. Based on this, in order to build students' correct learning attitude and preparation for workplace employment, while improving students' business communication skills and strengthening cross-cultural management literacy, students will be trained to study in the two major professional fields of "International Trade and Finance" and "International Operations and Marketing". To prepare the basic skills required for professional functions, the "Business Communication and Cross-Cultural Management" course is specially planned. The core objective of this course is to strengthen students' employability in the future workplace. This course uses a teaching design method of topic-based learning supplemented by technology-assisted teaching. The main goal is to cultivate first-year students' business communication skills and cross-cultural management literacy, which will serve as important core competencies for the subsequent development of knowledge and skills in various professional disciplines. In particular, the global business trends and digital technology communication media faced by today's workplace, business communication skills and needs, focus on improving students' oral, written, listening and non-verbal communication skills and how to reduce communication barriers and strengthen team communication. Skill. In addition, lectures on important topics such as technological AI tools, cultural diversity, time management, stress and emotion management capabilities, and business negotiation skills are added, supplemented by practical exercises, lectures by workplace experts, article reading and sharing, cross-cultural communication group reports, and corporate case discussions. and e-Learning and other methods for teaching. The teaching method of this course combines communication theory teaching and business communication practical exercises, emphasizing learning by doing, leading students to master business communication skills, eliminate communication barriers, understand business communication situations, improve practical communication skills, and strengthen business communication and negotiation, cross-cultural communication, and job hunting. Essential skills in business communication such as preparation and communication of business briefings. At the same time, in order to strengthen the students of this department in self-career exploration, career planning, personal learning map construction and future employment preparation, it is specially integrated into the "Career Development Textbook for College Students of the Youth Development Agency of the Ministry of Education" and the Workforce Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor. In the "Key Employability Course", teachers lead students to learn career advantages, prepare for career paths, and practice personal future career planning, allowing students to quickly understand the curriculum planning and talent cultivation goals of the Department of International Trade and the future after graduation. The target employment direction and necessary business communication skills, especially the cross-cultural communication skills required for job hunting in international companies, guide students to explore and improve their own advantages, while experiencing career operations, demonstrating personal competitiveness and mastering the process of workplace socialization, and improving personal business Communication and cross-cultural management skills, international mobility and key employability, thereby creating a sense of future hope and improving practical ability. While improving professional abilities, they will prepare for future studies or employment.
