教育目標 Course Target

(一)課程目標Course Objectives: 對於國際經貿人才而言,商業溝通是從業人員必備的重要核心職能之一,跨文化管理能力的養成更是不可或缺。依此,為建構學生正確學習態度與職場就業準備,同時提升學生商業溝通能力並強化跨文化管理素養,養成學生後續在「國際貿易與金融」以及「國際經營與行銷」兩大專業領域課程學習與專業職能所需先備基礎技能,特別規劃「商業溝通與跨文化管理」課程。本課程核心目標旨在強化學生未來職場就業能力。 本課程以專題式學習輔以科技輔助教學之教學設計方式,主要目標在於培養大一學生之商業溝通技能與跨文化管理素養,作為後續各專業學科知識與技能養成之重要核心能力。特別是當今工作場域所面臨之全球化商業趨勢與數位科技溝通媒介下、商業溝通技巧與需求,著重提高學生口語、書面、聽力及非語言溝通技巧以及如何降低溝通障礙與強化團隊溝通之專業技能。此外,加入科技AI工具、文化多樣性、時間管理、壓力與情緒管理能力以及商業談判技巧等重要議題講授,輔以實務演練、職場達人講座、文章閱讀分享、跨文化溝通小組報告、企業個案討論以及e-Learning等方式進行教學。本課程授課方式結合溝通理論講授與商業溝通實務演練,強調作中學,帶領學生掌握商業溝通技巧,排除溝通障礙,了解商業溝通情境,提升實務溝通技能並強化商業溝通與談判、跨文化溝通以及求職準備、商業簡報溝通等商業溝通必備能力。 同時,為加強本系學生做好自我職涯探索、職涯規劃、個人學習地圖建構與未來就業準備,特別融入「教育部青年發展署大專校院學生職涯發展教材」以及勞動部勞動力發展署「關鍵就業力課程」於課程中,藉由老師帶領學生進行職涯優勢學習、職涯進路準備及個人未來職涯籌劃實踐過程,讓學生快速了解國貿系課程規劃與人才培育目標以及未來畢業後目標就業方向及必備的商業溝通能力,特別是國際企業求職所需的跨文化溝通能力,引導學生發掘與提升自我優勢,同時體察職業運作、展現個人競爭力並掌握職場社會化過程,提高個人商業溝通與跨文化管理能力、國際移動力與關鍵就業力,進而打造未來希望感與提升實踐力,在專業能力提升的同時,為將來升學或就業做好準備。 (I) Course Objectives: For international trade talents, business communication is one of the important core responsibilities that professionals must have, and the cultivation of cross-cultural management capabilities is even more indispensable. Basic skills are required to prepare for professional abilities, and the "Business Communication and Intercultural Management" course is specially planned. The core objectives of this course are designed to enhance students' future career aptitude. This course uses a specialized learning method to assist in teaching teaching with science and technology. The main goal is to cultivate business communication skills and cross-cultural management qualities for first-year students, as an important core ability to continue knowledge and skill development in various professional subjects. Especially the global business trends and digital technology communication media, business communication skills and needs that are facing today's work areas, focusing on improving students' oral, writing, listening and non-language communication skills, and how to reduce communication barriers and strengthen team communication. Skill. In addition, we have added important topics such as technological AI tools, cultural diversity, time management, pressure and emotion management capabilities, and business discussion skills, and will give practical performance, professional lectures, article reading and sharing, cross-cultural communication group reports, and corporate case discussions and e-Learning and other methods to teach. This course teaching method combines communication theory lectures and practices between business communication, strengthens learning, leads students to master business communication skills, eliminates communication difficulties, understands business communication situations, improves practical communication skills, and strengthens business communication and discussion, cross-cultural communication and seeking responsibilities Business communication skills such as preparation and business reporting communication.
