本課程目標藉由授課,實務實例說明,個案討論,情境模擬與專題報告的綜合學習方式,加強同學對企業經營實務統整學習了解,並深入了解企業各功部門如何互動運作。此外,對於企業內溝通能力與技巧,加強以實例增進學習效果。有鑑於科技資訊系統對企業經營的重要性,本課程將以國際知名跨國半導體公司的營運與資訊系統為例,協助同學了解如何透過資訊系統提升經營效能,並了解跨國企業的企業文化與運作模式。根據以上的學習,最後將加強創業的專業學習與模擬,分組選定創業項目並撰寫創業計畫書與現場報告. 本課程並且加強企業倫理與公司治理的正確觀念,為日後事業經營做好準備。本課程著重課堂討論,無法保持高出席率者勿選,成績評量採用現場報告方式須全組到齊,缺席者不予計分。The purpose of this course is to strengthen students' understanding of corporate business practices through a comprehensive learning method of teaching, practical examples, case discussions, situational simulation and topic reporting, and to strengthen students' understanding of corporate practice integrity and in-depth understanding of how various corporate departments work interactively.
