1253 - 創新與創業專題 Innovative Start Up Business Practice


教育目標 Course Target

兩大課程目標,一方面是關於創新提案的實作練習,作為畢業專題的前置準備,一方面是了解食科生技產業基礎知識與產業發展概況。 本課程搭配教育部之食品科技創新創業人才培育計畫,透過跨領域 (技術團隊+管理團隊) 的組成,透過課堂講授、分組課後討論、專家顧問指導、企業參訪等。 關於創業,我們盡力而為!!之前的課程結束後,已經有四個隊伍開始創業,真的成立了四家公司囉! 本課程開在研究所,也歡迎大學部有意願的同學選修。 任課老師於開學當週發放授課大綱。 1. 透過環境與市場分析、專題演講與校外參訪擬定可開發之商機 2. 了解技術、財務與人才規劃與管理 3. 透過編組,進行創新與創業實務演練 (本課程需搭配暑假進行的課程與創業團隊實際運作,請先與企管系助教聯絡)The two major course objectives are, on the one hand, practical exercises on innovative proposals as preparation for the graduation project, and on the other hand, understanding the basic knowledge and industry development overview of the food science and biotechnology industry. This course is in conjunction with the Ministry of Education's Food Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Cultivation Program, through cross-disciplinary (technical team + management team) composition, classroom lectures, group after-class discussions, expert consultant guidance, corporate visits, etc. Regarding entrepreneurship, we do our best!! After the previous course, four teams have started entrepreneurship, and four companies have really been established! This course is offered in graduate schools, and interested students from university departments are also welcome to take it as an elective. Class teachers will distribute the course syllabus during the first week of school. 1. Identify developable business opportunities through environmental and market analysis, keynote speeches and off-campus visits 2. Understand technology, finance and talent planning and management 3. Conduct practical exercises on innovation and entrepreneurship through grouping (This course needs to be combined with the summer courses and the actual operation of the entrepreneurial team. Please contact the teaching assistant of the Department of Business Administration first)
