教學目的:
決策乃是結合邏輯思考、規劃、方法應用等的活動。決策的過程從先前的問題判斷、分析,到執行過程的控制、方法的選擇,直到最後問題的解決以及檢討,這一連串的作業無疑是將許多基礎課程所學做了最完整總結。
課程的目的希望由邏輯思考訓練開始,接者了解決策可以使用的工具及溝通技巧,進而透過時事及個案討論,學習如何分析問題,尋找解決的方法以及作出理性的決策。課程中將要求同學閱讀分享,培養閱讀及分享的習慣,建構學習型組織的雛形。

Teaching purpose:
Decision is an activity that combines logical thinking, planning, method application, etc. The decision process, from previous problem judgment and analysis, to execution process control, method selection, and to final problem resolution and review, is undoubtedly the most complete summary of many basic courses.
The purpose of the course is to start with logical thinking training, and the respondent understands the tools and communication skills that can be used to decide, and then learn how to analyze problems, find solutions, and make rational decisions through current affairs and case discussions. During the course, students will be required to read and share, cultivate the habit of reading and sharing, and build the shape of learning-shaped structures.
