一、課程概述
本課程為管理學院整合式專題實作課程,由管理學院跨系組成師生團隊,與業界合作,針對業界實際問題進行創新思考,提出應用數位科技(例如互聯網、物聯網、雲端運算、大數據分析、AI…等)之問題解決方案或原型。在問題探索與解決之實作過程中,跨系專題指導老師將搭配業師進行專題指導。
本課程將舉行二至三場設計思考工作坊,由「專業引導師」帶領各組同學,利用設計思考方法探索使用需求、定義問題、創意發想、製作原型及測試,提出符合使用者需求的問題解決方案或原型。在學期中和學期末,將舉辦成果發表和競賽,以鼓勵同學投入專題實作,爭取高額獎金與榮譽。
二、課程目標
1. 針對實務問題,學習如何應用數位科技(例如互聯網、物聯網、雲端運算、大數據分析、AI…等),創新思考提出問題之可能解決方案。
2. 學會運用同理心分析,瞭解使用者需求並定義問題。
3. 熟悉創意發想提出問題解決的方案。
4. 培養設計與實作產品、服務或營運模式原型的能力。
5. 瞭解創意構想及原型測試如何協助解決問題。
6. 學習特定產業或領域的實務知識。
7. 增進跨領域溝通與團隊合作之能力。
1. Course Overview
This course is an integrated thematic practical course of the School of Management. A cross-departmental team of teachers and students from the School of Management collaborates with the industry to conduct innovative thinking on practical problems in the industry and propose the application of digital technologies (such as the Internet, Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data Analysis, AI, etc.) problem solutions or prototypes. During the implementation process of problem exploration and solution, cross-department thematic instructors will work with industry teachers to provide thematic guidance.
This course will hold two to three design thinking workshops. Each group of students will be led by a "professional facilitator" to use design thinking methods to explore user needs, define problems, create creative ideas, produce prototypes and tests, and propose solutions that meet user needs. During the middle and end of the semester, results presentations and competitions will be held to encourage students to invest in special projects and strive for high prizes and honors.
2. Course Objectives

2. Learn to use empathetic analysis to understand user needs and define problems.

6. Learn practical knowledge in a specific industry or field.
7. Improve cross-disciplinary communication and teamwork capabilities.
