本課程之目標在於讓學生瞭解超大型積體電路的基本設計原理,並且熟悉超大型積體電路設計流程。藉由分析元件的基礎特性,學生可清楚更容易設計出合乎要求的電路架構。The goal of this course is to enable students to understand the basic design principles of ultra-large integrated circuits and become familiar with the design process of ultra-large integrated circuits. By analyzing the basic characteristics of components, students can clearly and easily design a circuit architecture that meets the requirements.
超大型積體電路將複雜的電路製作於晶片上,是目前電腦通訊與消費電子產品中不可或缺零件。本課程內容主要為數位CMOS積體電路設計與佈局之介紹,除一般MOS的基本特性外,本課程也將介紹積體電路設計流程與計數。藉由CIC所提供的工具,讓學生學習設計電路結構。
Very large integrated circuits fabricate complex circuits on chips and are an indispensable component in current computer communications and consumer electronics products. The content of this course is mainly an introduction to the design and layout of digital CMOS integrated circuits. In addition to the basic characteristics of general MOS, this course will also introduce the design process and counting of integrated circuits. Through the tools provided by CIC, students can learn to design circuit structures.
