本課程主要包含奈米粉體、奈米薄膜種類之介紹,並說明以真空技術方法製作奈米粉體與薄膜奈米薄膜之合成方法如,氣相法、液相法、固相法。併配合實驗室之參訪,期能對奈米材料之製造技術有深刻瞭解。奈米材料在尺寸、外觀、粒徑、膜厚及力學特性、機械特性、光學特性、表面結構以及電性、磁性、能量皆不相同。如何挑選適當並具經濟效益的量測方式,先須對各項量測技術有廣泛及初步的認識。This course mainly includes introductions of nano powders and nano film types, and explains the synthesis methods of making nano powders and film nano films by vacuum technology, such as gas phase method, liquid phase method, and solid phase method. In conjunction with the visits from the experiment room, we can have a deep understanding of the manufacturing technology of nanomaterials. Nano materials vary in size, appearance, particle size, film thickness, mechanical properties, optical properties, surface structure, electrical properties, magnetic properties, and energy. How to choose a suitable and economically beneficial quantitative measurement method must first have a broad and preliminary understanding of each quantitative measurement technology.
