工程數學是工程相關科系的必修課目，主要之內容是在教授對於工程各領域的專業應用，提供基礎的數學理論和解決方法。而對學員教育目的在於訓練學生具備基本數學思惟及推理的能力，使學員瞭解如何將工程上、科學上的問題數學模式化，及學習如何解這些模式化後的工程問題。也就是學習以理論方法分析與解決工程與科學上的問題，以成為具備分析、處理及解決問題能力及態度的優秀工程師。

Engineering mathematics is a compulsory course in engineering-related departments. The main content is to teach professional applications in various fields of engineering and provide basic mathematical theories and solutions. The purpose of education for students is to train students with basic mathematical thinking and reasoning skills, so that students can understand how to model the mathematical problems in engineering and scientific problems, and learn how to solve these patterned engineering problems. That is, learn to analyze and solve engineering and scientific problems using theoretical methods to become an excellent engineer with the ability and attitude to analyze, deal with and solve problems.

本課程旨在提供學生了解以數學方法解決、分析工程與科學上的問題，課程內容包含: 傅立葉級數、傅立葉積分與傅立葉轉換、波動方程式、複數幾何與複數函數、複數函數積分、函數的級數表示、奇異性與剩餘定理及保角映射等主題。

This course aims to provide students with understanding of problems in engineering and science through mathematical methods. The course includes: Fuliye grades, Fuliye scores and Fuliye conversion, wave equations, complex and complex functions, complex functions scores, level representation of functions, oddity and residual theorems, and angle-containing mapping.
