近年來,全球永續發展朝向碳中和及淨零趨勢,企業均建立各自的減碳目標,各國政府也不例外。減碳的熱潮使得碳資產開發及碳交易市場逐漸變為各企業爭相詢問與積極了解的議題。因此,培育碳資產管理人才變得至關重要。在台灣「氣候變遷因應法」發布後,企業對台灣欲發展的碳市場引頸期盼。雖然在國際上碳交易已不是新興的議題,但對於大眾來說,碳交易仍為不易理解且神祕的領域。
對於巨大的綠領就業市場來說,通盤了解與減碳有關的關鍵字(包含:SBTi, CDP, RE100 等)可以提升學生未來的就業市場優勢。本課程讓學生對碳資產管理與開發及碳交易有深入了解,針對減碳議題以及碳資產管理與企業碳風險進行介紹,期盼能讓學生對碳資產開發、交易機制及市場運作有深入了解,並應用於未來職涯發展中。
本課程透過講課、案例分享及隨堂測驗方式進行知識傳授與檢核。亦會透過互動式教學(包含但是不限於 Kahoot!、桌遊、Microsoft Form、分組討論等)與學生進行雙向互動,藉以培養學生從學術與實務演講中獲得碳知識與研究想法。
藉由教師在該領域之長達數十年的專業知識及實務經驗,帶領學生了解碳資產開發與碳交易市場之起源與進程,建立相關國際趨勢和碳資產概念,透過循序漸進的主題式課程配合自主學習討論,亦邀請業界專家(企業講師)之經驗分享協助學生如何運用所學以利未來掌握「碳」商機趨勢,以達到「一碳就淨」的人才培育。
In recent years, global sustainable development has been moving towards carbon neutrality and net zero. Companies have established their own carbon reduction goals, and governments of various countries are no exception. The upsurge in carbon reduction has made carbon asset development and carbon trading markets gradually become topics that companies are scrambling to inquire about and actively understand. Therefore, cultivating carbon asset management talents has become crucial. After Taiwan's "Climate Change Response Act" was promulgated, companies have raised expectations for the carbon market that Taiwan plans to develop. Although carbon trading is no longer an emerging topic internationally, it is still an area that is difficult to understand and mysterious for the public.
For the huge green-collar job market, a comprehensive understanding of keywords related to carbon reduction (including: SBTi, CDP, RE100, etc.) can enhance students' future job market advantages. This course provides students with an in-depth understanding of carbon asset management and development and carbon trading. It introduces carbon reduction issues, carbon asset management and corporate carbon risks. It is hoped that students will have an in-depth understanding of carbon asset development, trading mechanisms and market operations. , and apply it to future career development.
This course teaches and tests knowledge through lectures, case sharing and in-class tests. We will also conduct two-way interactions with students through interactive teaching (including but not limited to Kahoot!, board games, Microsoft Form, group discussions, etc.) to cultivate students to obtain carbon knowledge and research ideas from academic and practical lectures.
Through teachers’ decades of professional knowledge and practical experience in this field, students will be led to understand the origin and process of carbon asset development and carbon trading markets, and establish relevant international trends and carbon asset concepts through step-by-step thematic courses. Independent learning and discussion also invites industry experts (corporate lecturers) to share their experiences to help students use what they have learned to help them grasp "carbon" business opportunities and trends in the future, so as to achieve "one carbon, net" talent cultivation.
