教育目標 Course Target

Introducing the principle concepts of modern genetic engineering, as well as its methodologies and applications.the main contents: 1. Introducing structures and functions of biomolecules, such as DNA, RNA, and protein. 2. Introducing the concepts of genetic engineering. 3. Introducing the methodologies in modern biotechnology, including PCR, sequencing, recombinant DNA, gene cloning, and etc. 4. Introducing the applications of modern genetic engineering for recombinant protein expression, analysis, and purification. 介紹現代基因工程的基本概念、方法、及其應用,包含 1.生物分子的基本結構及其功能,如DNA,RNA,和蛋白質; 2.基因工程的基本概念; 3.現代生物科技的基本方法,如PCR、DNA定序、重組DNA、基因轉殖、及其他; 4.現代基因工程的應用;Introducing the principle concepts of modern genetic engineering, as well as its methodologies and applications.the main contents: 1.
