訓練學生構思程序組合、規劃流程及設計或分析程序的能力,以提升大四同學運用化工專業核心知識的能力。課程整合過往所學習的「質能均衡」、「單元操作」、「化工熱力學」、「化工動力學」及「程序控制」等課程內容,來學習如何設計一個化工程序。Train students' ability to conceive of program combinations, plan processes, and design or analyze programs to enhance senior students' ability to apply core knowledge of chemical engineering majors. The course integrates previously learned courses such as "Mass-Energy Equilibrium", "Unit Operation", "Chemical Thermodynamics", "Chemical Dynamics" and "Process Control" to learn how to design a chemical engineering program.
本課程以基本化工製程設計為主,介紹課題包括相關流體輸送,熱傳,質傳,反應等製程設備的選擇、設計與評估,此外課程討論程序系統自由度,與運用電腦來解決程序設計的問題和化工流程模擬的方法,以及基本程序合成之觀念,學生須完成一個化工製程設計的學期計劃。
This course focuses on basic chemical engineering process design. The introduction topics include the selection, design and evaluation of process equipment related to fluid transportation, heat transfer, mass transfer, reaction, etc. In addition, the course discusses the degree of freedom of program systems and the use of computers to solve program design problems. Problems and chemical process simulation methods, as well as the concept of basic program synthesis, students must complete a semester plan for chemical process design.
