本課程為下列幾項暑期田野課程的學分課程,1. 暑期國際田野, 2. 珊瑚礁生物多樣性與水下生態調查技術研習會, 3. 熱帶暑期田野。經甄選通過上述幾項暑期課程並完成要求後,得以選修給予學分。學期中將進行一次成果報告。
珊瑚礁水下調查課程大綱如下:
珊瑚礁生態系發育於熱帶與亞熱帶淺水海域,被暱稱為「海中的熱帶雨林」。珊瑚礁區不僅生物多樣性高,同時也由於珊瑚礁大多發育於大陸或是島嶼的邊緣,長年水質清澈,平均水溫介於攝氏22度到28度,提供我們親近海洋,學習海洋生物多樣性與生態知識的寶庫。而接近珊瑚礁最好具備浮潛或是水肺潛水等技術,特別是當要以水肺潛水技術進行珊瑚礁生物多樣性採樣和生態調查時,必須進ㄧ步接受科學潛水(scientific diving)的訓練與認證,不僅可以確保水中作業的安全,同時可以學習正確的科學知識,在水下調查作業過程中確保自身的安全,同時不造成珊瑚礁的破壞。

This course is the following academic division courses for the following summer field courses, 1. Summer International Fields, 2. Technical seminar on the investigation of polysexuality and underwater ecology of coral reefs, 3. Hot summer fields. After selecting the above-mentioned summer courses and completing the requirements, you can choose to give points. An outcome report will be conducted during the study period.
The main course of underwater survey of coral reefs is as follows:
Coral reef ecosystems develop in the hot and hot water areas, and are known as the "hot rainforest in the sea". Coral reefs are not only highly biologically diverse, but also because most coral reefs grow in the edges of mainland China or islands, with clear water quality over the years and an average water temperature ranging from 22 degrees Celsius to 28 degrees Celsius, providing us with a library of close to the ocean and learning about marine life’s diversity and ecological knowledge. It is best to have technologies such as floating or scuba diving, especially when scuba diving technology is used to conduct biodiversity and ecology of coral reefs, you must further undergo scientific diving training and certification. This will not only ensure the safety of the water industry, but also learn correct scientific knowledge to ensure your own safety during the underwater investigation process, and at the same time, and do not cause damage to the coral reefs.
