Conservation Biology

教育目標 Course Target

保育研究除了人類社會科學的研究外,更重要的是了解生物的生態行為及其他生物資訊,才能夠進行有效的生物保育。
本保育生物學計畫由系上吳立偉老師與溫國彰老師同時從陸域生物和海域生物進行。本學期在課務調整限制下,先由溫國彰老師進行,本學期保育生物學內容會先承接過去海洋保育生物學課程內容。若已經修過者,請避免重複修習。
海洋是一個廣大的生物資源和生態環境,同時是生命的起源也孕育了高度的生物種類.不幸的是人類過度的使用及破壞,許多的海洋生物和其棲息環境已經大幅度的減少.本課程會介紹基本的海洋環境現階段所遭遇的問題和目前管理方式.修課同學將會分配許多近幾年的海洋保育議題和研究實例,進行分組報告和討論.

3. 海洋生物的最大威脅-漁業活動
4. 與日俱增的海洋廢棄物
5. 人類的觀點與管理

總結式課程目標
1了解目前台灣與世界各國遭遇的主要海洋保育問題
2透過文獻閱讀和實地訪查,歸納出主要問題與知識空缺
3經由與民眾互動,了解可能實行上的困難和解決方式

In addition to human social science research, conservation research is more important to understand the ecological behavior of organisms and other biological information in order to carry out effective biological conservation.
This conservation biology plan was conducted by Teacher Wu Liwei and Teacher Wen Guozhang from the mainland and seaside organisms at the same time. This period is subject to the course adjustment restrictions, and the content of the conservation biology course will be undertaken by Teacher Wen Guozhang. If you have already practiced, please avoid repeated practice.
The ocean is a vast biological resource and ecological environment, and the origin of life also gives birth to a high level of biological species. Unfortunately, overuse and damage to humans, many marine life and their breathing environment have been greatly reduced. This course will introduce the basic problems encountered in the current stage of the marine environment and the current management methods. In the course, students will assign many marine conservation discussion topics and research examples from the past few years to conduct sub-group reports and discussions.

Total course goals
1 Understand the main marine conservation problems that Taiwan and countries around the world are currently facing
2 Through documentary reading and local visits, we can identify major problems and knowledge gaps
3. Interact with the public to understand possible practical difficulties and solutions
