教育目標 Course Target
透過指導學生學習遺傳學應具備之實驗操作能力。實習內容將包涵以孟德爾遺傳學為基礎加上染色體遺傳學的實際操作學習，最後並融入一些基本的族群遺傳學的實驗學習。
Through guidance, students should have practical operational capabilities in learning through education. The actual content will include actual operational learning based on Mengdeer's teaching and chromatography, and finally integrate some basic empirical learning of ethnic teaching.
課程概述 Course Description
指導學生學習遺傳學應具備之實驗操作能力。實習內容將包涵以性狀遺傳學為基礎的實際操作學習，配合以分子遺傳學為基礎的基本核酸化學的操作學習，這包括細菌整個核酸組成的抽取、光譜定量分析，以及質體的微量純化、限制脢的切割、核酸電泳的操作，最後並融入一些基本的族群遺傳學的實驗學習。
Instruct students to learn the practical operational ability of education. The content of the practice will include actual operational learning based on sexuality, and combined with basic nucleic acid chemistry based on molecular education. This includes extraction of bacterial nucleic acid composition, photomicroanalysis, as well as trace purification of quality, restricted cleavage, and nucleic acid electrophoresis. Finally, it is integrated into some basic group education experience learning.
