設計生活化的化學實驗以提高學生的學習興趣、由實驗中學習化學基本原理、訓練學生做實驗的技巧。本學期普通化學的實驗課程,特別選定11個具有代表性、涵蓋各層面的化學實驗,包括:爆米花的觀察、濾紙層析、依數性質、氧化還原滴定、吸收光譜與比爾定律、銀鏡反應、維生素C之定量、簡單蒸餾、鋁的回收、肥皂的製備以及沉澱滴定等,希望藉由這些實驗課程,能夠提升學生對基礎科學的興趣並增進化學的專業知識。Design life-like chemical experiments to improve students' interest in learning, learn basic principles of chemistry through experiments, and train students in experimental skills. This semester's general chemistry experimental course has specially selected 11 representative chemical experiments covering all levels, including: observation of popcorn, filter paper chromatography, colligative properties, redox titration, absorption spectrum and Beer's law, silver mirror reaction , quantification of vitamin C, simple distillation, recovery of aluminum, preparation of soap and precipitation titration, etc. It is hoped that these experimental courses can enhance students' interest in basic science and enhance their professional knowledge in chemistry.
配合普通化學課程,經由親自動手及觀察,使學生能更進一步了解基本的化學原理,並熟悉實驗之操作技巧、數據之整理分析及報告之撰寫。
In conjunction with general chemistry courses, students can further understand basic chemical principles through hands-on practice and observation, and become familiar with experimental operation techniques, data analysis and report writing.
