設計生活化的化學實驗以提高學生的學習興趣、由實驗中學習化學基本原理、訓練學生做實驗的技巧。本學期普通化學的實驗課程，特別選定11個具有代表性、涵蓋各層面的化學實驗，包括：爆米花的觀察、濾紙層析、依數性質、氧化還原滴定、吸收光譜與比爾定律、銀鏡反應、維生素C之定量、簡單蒸餾、鋁的回收、肥皂的製備以及沉澱滴定等，希望藉由這些實驗課程，能夠提升學生對基礎科學的興趣並增進化學的專業知識。Design a life-oriented chemistry experiment to improve students' learning interest, learn the basic principles of chemistry from the experiment, and train students' skills to do experiments. In this period, 11 representative chemistry experiments were selected, including: observation of popcorn, filter paper analysis, based on the characteristics, oxidation and reduction titration, absorption spectrometry and Bial's law, silver lens reaction , quantitative vitamin C, simple distillation, recycling of ash, soap preparation and titration, etc., hope that through these experimental courses, students' interest in basic science and their professional knowledge in chemistry can be improved.
配合普通化學課程，經由親自動手及觀察，使學生能更進一步了解基本的化學原理，並熟悉實驗之操作技巧、數據之整理分析及報告之撰寫。
