教育目標 Course Target
本課程以實驗觀察與操作、野外觀察與實習，介紹生物多樣性給生命科學專業的學生，為進入生命科學領域奠定紮實的基礎。
This course introduces biological diversity to students in life sciences through practical observation and operation, field observation and practice, and lays the foundation for entering the life science field.
課程概述 Course Description
此實驗課配合普通生物學正課進度，讓學生在操作過程中更了解正課所敎授之生物學基本知識，並學習基本儀器如顯微鏡、電泳槽的使用及基本技巧如生物繪圖、實驗報告的練習。使學生具備基礎研究的能力。
This test course is combined with the progress of regular biology in general biology, so that students can better understand the basic knowledge of biology taught in the course during the operation, and learn the use of basic instruments such as microscopes, electrophoresis tanks, and basic skills such as biological drawings and experiment reports. Enable students to have the ability to conduct basic research.
