Today, the transmission of information on the Internet has evolved from text to video. Compared with other media, videos have a higher click-through rate. Many knowledge-based creators transfer their professional knowledge to the eyes of message recipients through audio-visual creations.
In this course, students will learn the basics of science film production, including different types of science films and the selection of target audiences. In addition, the course will cover the selection and use of photographic equipment, as well as sound recording and processing in film shooting. On the basis of these basic knowledge, students will further learn narrative techniques and design, including story structure, character design and storyboard production, as well as film editing and post-production techniques, including the use of editing software and the addition of special effects. Finally, students will complete a final project that demonstrates the knowledge and skills they have learned. The entire course will be implemented through innovative teaching methods and learning methods, including interdisciplinary integration, cooperative learning, reflection and feedback, technical support and guidance, and the application of multimedia resources.
