本課程預計以先秦至民國初年的哲學辯論作為主軸，並透過當代哲學的問題意識來重建並賦予傳統論諍的現代意義。旨在培養學生閱讀中國哲學原典的能力、獨立思考以及清晰討論；展示中國傳統哲學思想及受到外來佛教、當代哲學等影響後之跨文化之交鋒。
This course is intended to focus on philosophical discussions from the pre-Qin period to the early years of the Republic of China, and to reconstruct and give traditional comments on the modern meaning of traditional theory through the problem consciousness of contemporary philosophy. It aims to cultivate students' ability to read the original Chinese philosophy, independent thinking and clear discussion; to demonstrate Chinese traditional philosophical thoughts and cross-cultural friendships affected by foreign Buddhism and contemporary philosophy.
