本次哲學概論上課用唐先生的哲學概論上下冊一書,包括哲學總論,邏輯,知識論,形上學,倫理學,價值哲學,文化哲學,哲學研究之方法論等等。本學期以他的哲學概論上下冊做為課程教材。他把形上學比配到中國的天道論,倫理學比較到中國的人道論中的心性哲學。其哲概之與其他不同，大致都是以西學為架構，談西方的倫理學，知識論，形上學，而唐先生把中西印度，三個不同的文化觀點，都攝受在一本書內，可做為中西印之文化與哲學的會通與比較。這次的重點放在形上學,包括中國的天道論,西方的存有論,神學,本體論,及宇宙論等等。This Philosophy Overview is a book written in Mr. Tang’s Philosophy Overview, including Philosophy Overview, logic, knowledge, metaphysics, ethics, value philosophy, cultural philosophy, philosophical research methodology, etc. During this period, he used his philosophical overview as a course textbook. He compared metaphysics to China's theory of heaven and ethics to China's philosophy of mind and nature. 本課程將以哲學基本問題為主軸，循序漸進地介紹倫理學、知識論與形上學的基礎概念與理論。課程中將引導學生們學習如何以哲學的思維及語彙合理地思考與論證，培養學生們運用哲學理論與批判反思的能力。上述能力的養成，將有助於學生們高年級專業課程的學習。
This course will focus on basic philosophical problems and introduce basic concepts and theoretical discussions in ethics, knowledge and metaphysics step by step. During the course, students will be guided to learn how to reasonably think and demonstrate with philosophical thinking and language, and cultivate students' ability to use philosophical theory and critical reflection. The cultivation of the above abilities will help students learn advanced professional courses.
