本課程講授中國法律史的基礎概念，以及中國傳統法律與社會之相關課題。二十世紀初中國導入西方法以來，傳統法對於華人世界的影響力已經日形消退。但是不能否認的是，要理解傳統社會的結構，甚至是傳統社會的思想觀念，仍然必須知道傳統法的內容，以及統治者的立法原則。本課程以講授中國法律史的基礎概念為主，並且探討中國傳統法律與社會之相關課題，從而認識中國傳統法的架構，以及其對於傳統社會的影響。This course teaches the basic concepts of Chinese legal history and the topics related to traditional Chinese law and society. Since the introduction of Western methods in the 20th century junior high school, the influence of traditional methods on the Chinese world has subsided. But it cannot be denied that to understand the structure of traditional society, and even the ideas and concepts of traditional society, we must still know the content of traditional law and the legislative principles of the rulers. 本課程探討傳統庶民生活課題。庶民生活史是最貼近個人，也是最能感同身受的課題，但是傳統正史一向著重於統治者的描述，庶民的記載往往依賴非官方的文獻，始得以探究與建構。本課程以食、衣、住、行、育、樂等六項課題為基本主軸，加上了精神與慈善兩項與庶民生活息息相關的課題，帶領修習者進入最貼近生活的歷史，從而認識傳統庶民的生活演進過程。
This course explores the topics of the life of traditional common people.
