本課程主要教學目標在使學生對史學方法與理論有系統性的認識,並透過實際操作與撰寫讓學生掌握史學研究的具體方法與程序。因此本課程的教學目標有以下數點:
1.熟習歷史學研究的方法及其理論。
2.掌握史學研究的具體程序。
3.訓練獨立思考、探討與解決史學問題的能力。
本課程為一學年(上、下)之課程,上學期所進行之研究回顧,為下學期所繳交完整專題研究計畫之一部分。上、下學期之作業應按每週進度與步驟繳交。上學期「作業」包含:問題意識、主題選擇、研究成果搜尋、史料蒐集、研究成果分類、史料運用方法。下學期「專題研究計畫」包含:計畫之動機、目的、研究回顧、參考文獻、研究方法、進行步驟、執行進度、預期完成之工作項目及成果。
The main teaching goal of this course is to enable students to have a systematic understanding of historical methods and theories, and to enable students to master the specific methods and procedures of historical research through practical operations and writing. Therefore, the teaching objectives of this course are as follows:
1. Be familiar with historical research methods and theories.
2. Master the specific procedures of historical research.
3. Train the ability to think independently, explore and solve historical problems.
This course is for one academic year (first and second semester). The review of the research conducted in the previous semester is part of the complete thematic research plan to be submitted in the next semester. Assignments for the previous and next semesters should be handed in according to weekly progress and steps. The "homework" last semester included: problem awareness, topic selection, research results search, historical data collection, research results classification, and historical data application methods. The "Special Research Plan" for the next semester includes: the motive, purpose, research review, references, research methods, steps, execution progress, expected completion of work projects and results of the project.
