這是一堂培養未來記者的課程。本課程邀請台中市新聞局長鄭照新、數位治理局長林谷隆共同開設本門課程,並不定期邀請專業記者進行講座,分享最新時事,是一堂重視理論講述、實務操作、現象分析的課程。本課程僅開放30位學生選修學習,課程目標將以一堂專業的媒體概論與新聞採寫,培養具有專業素養的未來記者。
課程說明:
這是一個資訊爆炸時代,大量訊息往遠佛屆的透過大眾媒體與社群媒體傳播的力量傳遞至全球,所以了解媒體、學習傳播知識理論更顯重要,聯合國教科文組織重視傳播在教育中的重要性,認爲透過傳播與議題設定可作為人類溝通的方式,此外,更重視新聞議題來強化永續的重要性。
本課程分為三大部分,首先講述傳播理論概論,透過瞭解傳播核心意義,第二部分為新聞採訪與寫作的訓練,透過講述新聞選題、議題設定來呈現撰寫者想要探討的問題,完成一份具有影響力的新聞,本階段將安排學生實地採訪,實地參與專題寫作。第三部分,以媒體素養為核心,探討社會的問題,並透過專題寫作方式,呈現一篇精彩的好新聞。
本課程嘗試搭配講述與專題方式,讓同學透過討論思考方法分析新聞稿寫作脈絡與架構,實地應用新聞寫作與採技巧,完成講述新聞的能力。

1.建立傳播理論與新聞傳播概念。
2.建立新聞採訪與寫作的概念與能力。
3.深度探討媒體在社會中的問題。
4.從報導策劃的結構來學習採訪寫作技巧。

This is a lesson for future journalists. This course invites Taichung City Information Director Zheng Zhaoxin and Digital Governance Director Lin Gulong to jointly teach this course. From time to time, professional journalists are invited to give lectures and share the latest current affairs. It is a course that emphasizes theoretical presentation, practical operation, and phenomenon analysis. This course is only open to 30 students for elective study. The goal of the course is to provide a professional introduction to media and news reporting to cultivate future journalists with professional qualities.
Course description:
This is an era of information explosion. A large amount of information is spread far and wide through the power of mass media and social media. Therefore, it is even more important to understand the media and learn the theory of communication knowledge. UNESCO attaches great importance to the role of communication in education. Importance, believing that communication and issue setting can be used as a way for human communication. In addition, it pays more attention to news issues to strengthen the importance of sustainability.
This course is divided into three parts. The first part introduces the introduction of communication theory and understands the core meaning of communication. The second part is the training of news interviewing and writing. It describes the news topic selection and agenda setting to present the issues that the writer wants to discuss. Complete For an influential piece of news, students will be arranged to conduct on-site interviews and participate in feature writing at this stage. The third part, with media literacy as the core, explores social issues and presents a wonderful piece of good news through topic writing.
This course attempts to combine narration and topic methods, allowing students to analyze the context and structure of press release writing through discussion and thinking methods, and apply news writing and gathering skills on the spot to complete the ability to tell news.
Aims and objectives of this course:
1. Establish communication theory and news communication concepts.
2. Establish concepts and abilities in news interviewing and writing.
3. Deeply explore the problems of media in society.
4. Learn interview writing skills from the structure of report planning.
