1. 「隨案學習（case follow-up）」是新型課程，本於「臨床法學」理念，由資深律師/教師帶領隨案學習學生進行實際個案從頭到尾訴訟操作，以求學生得從個案訴訟操作中，學習訴訟程序與具體訴訟策略，增加法律事務操作經驗。
2. 「隨案學習」將以如下階段進行：
（1）案情分析：於進行訴訟前，向隨案學習學生說明、分析個案背景，與提出訴訟策略思考。
（2）訴狀實作：教導隨案學習學生如何撰寫、架構與製作訴狀，如何實際投遞訴狀、閱卷，與進行訴訟程序。
（3）當事人會談：與委任人會談會議時讓隨案學習學生在場，學習如何掌握爭點，理解當事人的需求與合宜職場態度應對。
（4）訴訟程序參與：律師帶領隨案學習學生全程旁聽訴訟程序，並進行法庭筆記。
（5）結案報告：於法院判決後，隨案學習學生應依據中心要求格式進行結案報告，並參與結案報告評比。
3. 「隨案學習」僅為東海大學法律服務中心教學，全程不另收取費用，亦不支付隨案學習學生薪資。隨案學習學生並須簽訂保密協定，以維護當事人隱私。1. "Case Follow-up" is a new type of course. Based on the concept of "clinical law", experienced lawyers/teachers lead student to conduct actual case-based prosecution operations from the beginning to the end in order to ensure that students can obtain from the case. 2. "Case Study" will be carried out in the following stages:
(1) Case analysis: Before making a lawsuit, explain and analyze the case background to the case study students, and think about complaint strategies.
(2) Punishment practice: teach case study how students write, structure and produce complaints, how to actually submit complaints, scrutinize and conduct complaint procedures.
(3) Party meeting: When meeting with the appointed person, let students learn on the spot, learn how to master the points of competition, understand the needs of the parties and the appropriate attitude towards the appropriate workplace.
(4) Participation in the lawsuit procedure: the lawyer takes the lead in the case study student and listens to the lawsuit procedure throughout the entire process and conducts court recording.
(5) Case Report: After the court's judgment, students in case study should conduct case report in accordance with the requirements of the center and participate in the case report review.
3. "Survival Learning" is only taught at the Law Service Center of Donghai University. There is no additional fee charged throughout the process, nor does it pay the salary of students who study in the case. Students who learn cases must sign confidentiality agreements to protect the parties’ privacy.
