本課程透過介紹理論與案例，引導學生認知勞動基準法的核心思想及培養實務分析能力。
This course introduces theory and cases to guide students to understand the core ideas of the basic method of the lab and cultivate practical analysis skills.
課程概述 Course Description
建立有關勞動之基本觀念，一方面使勞工瞭解自已權利義務之所在，另一方面安定社會與經濟秩序。
Establish basic concepts about operations, on the one hand, let workers understand where their rights lies, and on the other hand, stabilize social and economic order.
