(二)以最高法院最新的保險判決，了解目前之保險理賠實務(1) Mainly teaches the evolution of insurance law, introduces the current provisions of domestic insurance laws, the operation of the insurance industry, and the practical insights of the Supreme Court, allowing students to pay equal attention to theory and practice.
(2) Understand the current insurance claims practice based on the latest insurance judgment of the Supreme Court
使學生瞭解我國票據法之演變、立法主旨及條款相互運用，並就有關事項，就判例銀行實務及各國立法判例加以比較，以比較相互之得失及立法之參考。
